Dynamo's Digs Capture Environmentally Friendly Award

The Houston Dynamo may reside at the bottom of its conference, but the team's confines continue to win.
BBVA Compass Stadium, home of the Dynamo, captured an Environmental Innovator of the Year Award from the Green Sports Alliance, according to the group's website. The alliance aims to promote environmentally friendly ideas to sports teams and venues across across the world. Houston's green-friendly stadium played host to the award ceremony on June 30.
