Jordan Enke

As of September of 2025, Jordan Enke is serving as the General Manager, Venues and Facilities for Summit FC of
the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). He is currently overseeing the design, build, and operations of a 12K
temporary stadium, a 21,500 sq ft First Team Performance Center, and a 14,500 permanent stadium in Denver.
This project represents the largest investment in women’s professional sports.
Previously as the Senior Vice President of Stadium Operations at Austin FC, where he oversaw a wide range of
responsibilities that ensure the seamless functioning of Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas. His areas of leadership
included general operations, safety and security, event booking, facility management, groundskeeping, food and
beverage services, event and guest services, parking and mobility solutions, and sustainability initiatives. Jordan
has been with Austin FC since 2019, playing a pivotal role as one of the initial members of the club's front office.
During the pre-construction phase of Q2 Stadium and St. David’s Performance Center, Jordan led key initiatives,
including site selection and the transition into design and construction. Since the stadium's opening in 2021, he
successfully secured several high-profile events, such as the opening of Q2 Stadium with the US Women’s National
Team match against Nigeria, a Gold Cup Semi-Final featuring the US Men’s National Team (USMNT) vs. Qatar, and
Texas' first-ever World Cup Qualifier (USMNT vs. Jamaica). Under his leadership, Q2 Stadium continued to host
marquee events, including the first stadium concert in 2022 featuring Austin icon Willie Nelson, additional
USMNT/USWNT matches, International Friendlies, Copa América, Gold Cup, concerts, and the 2025 MLS All-Star
Week.
Beyond hosting major events, Q2 Stadium received numerous accolades under Jordan’s stewardship. In 2024, it
became the first soccer-specific stadium globally to achieve TRUE Gold certification for net-zero waste, in addition
to earning LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Additionally, Q2 Stadium has been
recognized by the Green Sports Alliance as a Waste Leader (2023 and 2024) and an Energy Player (2023). Q2
Stadium has also received industry recognition, including the 2021 Outstanding Construction Award from the
Associated General Contractors (Austin Chapter), a 2021 Sports Business Awards nomination for Team of the Year,
and the 2021 ULI Austin Impact Award for Most Influential Project. The stadium has also been voted Best Sports
Venue by Austin Chronicle readers and named Best Atmosphere and Best Field by the Major League Soccer Players
Association in 2022 and 2025. Given his experience, he has contributed to various peer reviews of new stadiums
and training centers being built across the US as well as sharing insights internationally with development groups
from Mexico and Canada.
Before joining Austin FC, Jordan Enke spent over eight years in Columbus, where he led operations for the
Columbus Crew. During his tenure, he oversaw significant milestones, including renovations to the team’s training
facility and the successful hosting of major events such as the MLS Cup 2015, US Men's National Team World Cup
Qualifiers, numerous concerts, international friendlies, and other high-profile events. Jordan also served as the site
director for Rock on the Range, America’s largest rock music festival.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with minors in Business and Communications, from
West Virginia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010. Jordan also serves on the Board of the Green
Sports Alliance. Additionally, he furthered his professional credentials by obtaining the Facility Management
Professional (FMP) certification in 2015. Jordan regularly offers opportunities to speak with groups of students
and industry professionals to share his experience and insights.
