The Kansas City Sports & Sustainability Symposium at the Kansas City Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium will convene regional professional and collegiate sports teams and venues, concessionaires, business and public leaders, and athletes to explore how the industry can make plays to advance healthier, more sustainable communities.

Programming will cover sustainability partnerships, efficiency within our built environment, and local action across environmental and social fronts. The day will be a combination of keynotes and panels, with ample time for networking and engaging with other event attendees. We will also have a small 'Vendor Showcase' for our sponsors with some select services/products on display.

We encourage you to include the ticket add-on to our post-event reception and a ticket to the Royals vs. Astros game that evening.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued up to one week prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. We can check you in without a printed ticket and would encourage not printing it out to be more sustainable.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information up to 7 days prior to the event. Email Garrett Wong if you need to update your information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket to someone else in your organization.
